Client Account Manager
Previously Sinead worked in various sales/retail positions, across various industries of travel, banking and the hair & beauty industry, before joining OMA in 2015. Her extensive knowledge in customer service has given her diverse experience with a calm approachable manner. Having worked in fast paced environments, under pressure and to tight deadlines she is a great asset to our team.
As a client account executive, Sinead handles all administrative and logistics duties for programme sessions taking place across the globe. Having a great rapport with clients and her team, are vital to this role in supporting clients and programme leads. Sinead has great listening skills which are paramount to client’s needs, in providing the best answers/ solutions in a jargon-free supportive role over the phone and via email.
Sinead’s love for travel led her to taking a sabbatical where she travelled Asia, South America and lived and worked in Australia for 1 year. Apart from travelling in her spare time she enjoys going to the theatre and attending live music concerts.
