We do this by working with you to identify the most relevant Shakespeare story, explore parallel themes which we bring to life in memorable new ways. Stories like Henry V which deal with very current leadership themes such as changing the culture of an organisation, or motivating and inspiring others with your sense of purpose.

Olivier Mythodrama has been exploring Archetypal Psychology for 20 years. Archetypes are the underlying patterns of human nature and experience that are, often invisibly, ‘running the show’. They deeply inform the character that leaders present to the world and the culture of teams and organisations. The better you understand these underlying patterns and the more consciously you use them, the more effective you will be.
