Ben Walden

Founding Partner & Director of Classic Mythodrama

Ben is a Founding Partner of Olivier Mythodrama. He works closely with our Founder, Richard Olivier, in the development of our programmes and delivers these programmes at Board and senior executive level to a range of organisations across the world.

Ben has been a speaker and workshop leader at many international conferences on the themes of inspirational, influential, and transformational leadership. He brings a unique perspective by using the stories of Shakespeare to highlight these leadership themes in a powerful and engaging way.

Ben also founded and runs Olivier Mythodrama’s sister company, Contender Charlie, which runs sessions across the world for school leaders and students. In this capacity, he has spoken at many major international school leader conferences.

Ben trained at the Guildhall School of Music and Drama in London and with Uta Hagen in New York. Playing many leading roles in London’s West End theatres and on television, he was a member of the inaugural company at Shakespeare’s Globe and performed in Henry V and Julius Caesar. He has also led masterclasses for Shakespeare’s Globe Education Centre.
