Maggie Steig, PCC, is a leadership coach, facilitator, and corporate trainer. She has worked internationally with individuals and groups from Fortune 100 companies, non-profit organizations and through Executive Education programs such as Harvard and Duke University since 2006.
She specialies in leadership presence, leveraging her background in improvisational comedy and theatre to help clients communicate with greater spontaneity, warmth, and impact. In her coaching she focuses on helping leaders connect to their hearts and core values, shift ineffective behaviours, and improve individual and team relationships.
Her business background—prior to her work as a coach—was in the field of corporate events. She owned and operated Extraordinary Events, designing, selling, and producing large scale events for 15 years.
Maggie joined OMA in 2019 as a coach. She went through Georgetown University’s Leadership Coaching program and is a member of the International Coaching Federation certified at the PCC level.
