Gus is an American Diplomat, Intelligence Officer and disabled combat veteran. His service as a U.S. and Coalition strategic leader around the globe, were shaped by his 10 years in industry including C-suite service, as an officer in the U.S. Air Force and as a Senior Civilian in the U.S. Federal Government. He was privileged to serve in key positions including service in the Department of Defense, National Defense University, and U.S. Army University for almost a decade, specializing in Strategic Leadership and National Security. Gus is a published author, has a BA in International Relations from the University of Cincinnati, an MS in National Security Strategy from the National War College, and a PhD in Ethical & Creative Leadership from the Union Institute & University. He has two doctoral certificates, one in Design Thinking, and another in Leadership in Education. Gus is a certified coach, and executive consultant for Government, Non-Government and For-Profit Organizations.
