Global Automotive Organisation

The problem

As this global automotive organisation rapidly evolved, an emerging need arose to connect the new generation of employees with the older generation. The employees felt slightly confused about the organisation’s direction and ability to meet upcoming challenges. Bridging the gap between the energetic, forward-thinking newer employees and the more self-interested, established older employees was necessary to increase engagement. This required aligning all employees with the organisation’s vision and touchpoints while fully engaging teams in the process.

The solution

We developed a programme that ran for just over two and a half years, focusing on Inspirational Leadership using our flagship Henry V story. With clear communication channels and frequent touchpoints, the client was very open about their pain points, allowing us to tailor the programme to their specific needs.

When pitching for this work, we competed against 14 other top consulting firms from around the world. We remained authentic to our identity and expertise, pledging to ready leaders for the future through forward-thinking leadership.

The result

Over that period, all groups that participated were asked to score the programs in which they took part. We consistently received a 98% score for every programme.

We enabled them to increase their return on investment, retain more staff, and boost sales by 18%.

We continue to work with this organisation and maintain contact with some of the participants from the initial programme rollout. Since then, we have expanded our programme delivery to Dubai, the UK, the US and Canada.
